Thank you to the organizers of this event tonight. All of the candidates were well-spoken, the questions were well-phrased, and the audience was well-behaved. As a person who seeks to be an informed voter and is not satisfied by the amount of and sound-bite quality of info we get in the flyers in our mailboxes, I really appreciate the work of organizations like the PTA that give candidates a venue in which to discuss their views, their strengths, and their plans. Intelligent questions were asked, and the candidates had enough time to give the audience members a good sense of where they stood on the issues. A big thank you to all of the candidates for the sacrifices that you and your families make as you run a campaign. It was a good event all the way around, and it really helped me to get a fuller picture of who each of these people are, and get a sense of what they would bring to the Legislature. Thanks again.

Thank you Shelley. I also think that the event went well. I was hoping for greater attendance, but considering the two televised debates that same night, we had a reasonable turnout. Next time I'll check the tv listings more carefully! Jason Rothkowitz
