The cities of Woodinville and Bothell are holding an event Saturday for you to recycle your Christmas tree and items ranging from batteries to plastic bags.
You can recycle your Christmas Tree instead of trashing it this holiday season and here is how to do it...

When: Saturday, Jan. 12, 10 am - 1 pm

Where: Evergreen Community Church Parking Lot, 3429 - 240th Street SE, Bothell
You can recycle Christmas Trees*, Household Batteries, Grocery/Plastic Bags, Styrofoam (clean), CFL Bulbs (no broken bulbs accepted), Electronics (TVs, computers, laptops,monitors, peripherals, cell phones and printers).

*Trees with flocking or decorations will NOT be accepted at these events.
Event Services Provided by City of Bothell and Woodinville Staff, Waste Management, InterConnection, All Battery Sales & Service and Styro Recycle. The event is funded through a WA Dept of Ecology Coordinated Prevention Grant, a King County Waste Reduction and Recycling Grant, and the Local Hazardous Waste Management Program Grant.
