City Launches Online Survey to Plan the Future of Woodinville's Parks, Recreation and Open Space

The city has set up an online survey to get public input into how it should move forward in planning parks, recreation and open space in Woodinville.

 

The City of Woodinville is seeking your opinion about parks, recreation opportunities, and open space in Woodinville.  A brief survey is available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/woodinvilleparks. The survey only takes about 5 minutes to complete, according to city officials.

Woodinville is in the process of updating its Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PRO) Plan.  The PRO Plan, which was last updated in 2005, establishes goals, criteria, and plans for future parks and recreation facilities in Woodinville. Parks facilities include parks, trails, conservation areas, and recreation amenities.

The City Council is expected to adopt the updated PRO Plan some time in 2013. The Plan is currently being reviewed by the Parks & Recreation Commission.
