City Loses Development of Services Director

Hal Hart is no longer Woodinville’s top development staff member, today is his last day according to the city.

Hal Hart’s last day as Woodinville’s Development Services Director is today, April 30. Neither Hart nor city officials would give any details of the abrupt departure. Assistant to the City Manager Alexandra Sheeks would only confirm Hart’s leaving and said it was a mutual decision.

Hart came to Woodinville in 2007, after serving in Whatcom County as development services director for seven years. The city is already accepting applications for a new director, job candidates can apply online at https://www.govjobstoday.com/Jobs/JobAnnouncement.aspx?jid=1605.

We are working with him to approach his technical issues from scratch and will do all we can to alleviate his concerns about his speeds. His business, and all the business from our customers in the Woodinville market is very valuable to us. While we are disappointed to receive feedback his service is not living up to our standards, we are grateful for the opportunity to work with Mr. Gaulke and keep his valuable business.
