Massage Envy Provides Free Massages for the Military

On July 23, local Massage Envy clinics, in partnership with the USO Puget Sound Area, will hold the second annual Massage for the Military Day, providing FREE one-hour massage sessions to any active-duty military members as well as their spouses. As military personnel and their families often undergo notably stressful situations on a regular basis, the special day is aimed to not only say a well-deserved thank you to the troops, but to help promote long-term health and well-being; regular massage has been linked to stress reduction as well as many other benefits including lower blood pressure, improved sleep and relaxation.

Active-duty military and/or their spouses, including existing Massage Envy members, may schedule their free massage sessions at any of the 21 Puget Sound area Massage Envy clinics.

Participants are encouraged to book early to reserve their spot; reservations can be made by contacting the specific Massage Envy location of choice. Military ID will be required at check-in.
