Major Closures Set to Begin on SR 522 Through Bothell

The Washington State Department of Transportation has a major closure on SR 522 in Bothell, which may affect traffic in Woodinville. Starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, March 25, crews will close both lanes of westbound SR 522 from Kaysner Way to 102nd Avenue NE as repaving work in Bothell and Woodinville kicks into high gear. One westbound lane will reopen at 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 26, with all lanes reopened to traffic by 9 p.m. Saturday. Drivers will follow a signed detour using Kaysner Way and Main St. during the full westbound closure.

 In addition to the westbound closure, crews will close one eastbound lane from 9 p.m. Friday, March 25 – 11 a.m. Saturday, March 26. During the closure crews will install a new bus pullout and upgrade the sidewalks.
