Metro Transit Summer Schedule Begins June 11

Watch for road closures and transit disruptions throughout the summer

Metro Transit route changes and service reductions will change June 11 for the summer. The operational changes are due to seasonal and long-term construction projects, as well as Metro’s continued efforts to improve efficiency and financial stability, and provide sustainable services.

Bus riders should plan ahead for weekend closures this summer of both the and the on-ramps from Interstate 5 to Mercer Street. Currently, there is a 520 bridge closure and a Mercer ramp closure scheduled for the weekend of June 17-20.

New schedule information is available in Metro’s online Trip Planner. Be sure to enter a travel date of June 11 or later to access the new information. You can also view all the details about the June service changes in a special Rider Alert online brochure. Revised route schedules will be posted at Metro Online on Friday, June 10.
