Passport Applications Now Accepted at City Hall

The service is for any citizen living in King County.

is now accepting passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State for King County residents. Citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports Monday – Friday by appointment. The city has added passport applications, fingerprinting, background checks, concealed pistol licenses, and clearance letters to our list of services so that we are better able to meet the needs of our citizens.

When applying for a passport you will need to fill out an application for the passport, provide evidence of U.S. citizenship, present photo identification, provide a passport photo (which are available at City Hall), and pay the applicable fee. To learn more about U.S. passports visit the U.S. Department of States passport website at www.travel.state.gov.
