Redeveloping Canterbury Mobile Home Park Approved by Woodinville City Council

The Woodinville City Council has approved a plan to redevelop Canterbury Mobile Home Park into a mixed use residential retail community called Woodin Creek Village.

The Woodinville City Council on Tuesday unanimously approved the Woodin Creek Village development agreement, which outlines a 10-year development plan of about 800 multi-family residential units and 60,000 square feet of retail/commercial space.

City staff had recommended approving the plan, which will redevelop the 20.5-acre Canterbury Mobile Home Park at 17300 1351h Ave. N.E.

"It will be a long process," said Deputy Mayor Liz Aspen. "It's not going to happen overnight ... but I'm very excited to see some action going on in downtown Woodinville."
