Sen. Hill Telephone Town Hall Meeting Tuesday

Some Woodinville households can expect a call at 7 p.m. from the state senator

At 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, many households across the 45th Legislative District will receive a phone call from state (R-Redmond) inviting them to participate in a live, interactive telephone town hall meeting.

During the hour-long event participants are invited to share their thoughts and questions with the senator. They will also receive an update on the 2011 regular and special legislative sessions and on the issues that affect their lives.

Only households with landlines will receive an invitation phone call, so residents wanting to participate via cell phone or from somewhere other than their home can call toll-free 1-877-229-8493. The access code is 18404. The toll-free number will be available about 10 minutes before the town hall begins.

“The decisions made this session will affect many of our families,” Hill said. “This telephone town hall is a convenient way for people to hear what’s happening in state government and to offer their questions and concerns. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with my constituents, and I hope as many people as possible will participate.”
