UPDATE: Woodinville City Council Meeting Tuesday Canceled

The city council meeting for Tuesday, Jan, 17 is canceled because of snow. A special council meeting will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 24 at 7 p.m.

Update, 12:30 p.m., Woodinville City Council meeting for Tuesday, Jan. 17 is canceled because of poor weather conditions, according to city officials. A special council meeting will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 24 at 7 p.m.

Councilmembers will decide what the most important issues are to Woodinville in 2012 at its Tuesday, Jan. 17 meeting, weather permitting. Patch will update this article if the city cancels the meeting because of snow.

In January of even-numbered years the council typically conduct discussions with to determine policy issues and priorities. The results of these discussions are used to establish an organizational work plan.

City staff has identified four major issues it believes should be discussed by the City Council. They include:

1. Establishing a Sustainable Financial Plan for the organization;

3. Establishing an Attractive and Sustainable Business Environment;

4. Building Strategic Infrastructure

The Woodinville City Council meets on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of each month in City Hall, Council Chambers at 7 p.m. Council Meetings that fall on holidays are rescheduled to the next working day.
