A capital improvement project is a major, one-time expenditure for roads, non-motorized transportation infrastructure, parks, storm water infrastructure, and other City facilities with an estimated useful life of five or more years and a total cost of $50,000 or more.  The CIP, which is updated every two years, is used to identify the City’s priorities and to manage the physical development of the community consistently with the City’s expected revenue and with its Comprehensive Plan.

A paper version of the form is also available at City Hall.  For further details, contact Assistant to the City Manager, Alexandra Sheeks at 425.877.2266.
