Woodinville Water District Appoints Paj Hwang to Board

The Woodinville Water District Board of Commissioners has selected Pao-Tsun “Paj” Hwang as the newest member of the board.

He was chosen from a field of nearly a dozen candidates after he and another finalist, Tyler T. Norwood, interviewed with the board on Aug. 27, 2013.

The vacancy came after former board president Ken Goodwin resigned in July due to a move out of the district. Goodwin was on the board for 17 years.

Hwang will serve for a term ending Dec. 31, 2015.

Applicants must live in the geographic boundaries of the district at least 30 days before appointment and be properly registered to vote in the district.
