The Chateau Woods apartments in Woodinville, near Target, have been sold for $30 million to a Portland real estate group, according to the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce.
Walter C. Bowen of BPM Real Estate Group LLC, which owns and manages apartments and assisted living facilities, bought the apartments for $29.92 million or $263,157 per unit, the Daily Journal said.
The 114-unit complex at 18250 142nd Ave. NE was sold by an entity related to Pacific Urban Residential of Palo Alto, CA.
