DRA Advisors of New York City sold Buildings A and C in the Kirkland 405 Corporate Center campus in the Totem Lake neighborhood between the 116th and 124th Street exits. One of the buildings houses XKL, which develops optical networks, said Derek Heed, a Colliers International broker who represented the Woodinville buyer of the buildings, GJR REIH LLC, the Business Journal said.

The buildings total about 79,750 square feet on 40 acres, and are 90 percent occupied. In addition to XKL, which in 2011 won the Washington Technology Industry Association's Innovative Manufactured Product of the Year award, tenants include Windermere Real Estate and BRE Properties, an owner of apartment complexes, according to the report.
