21 Acres Cook Book Lovers Series: Northwest Vegetarian Class and Book Signing

Debra Daniels Zeller is a cook very connected to vegetables, the seasons and to Northwest farmers and brings them together in her second book The Northwest
Vegetarian Cook Book. Debra will cook some simple but sensational seasonal recipes from her cook book including rustic flatbreads topped with onions, peppers and tomatoes, great ways with seasonal greens, a salad with the first-of-the season local apples and a berry and pear clafouti – a sort of puffy, French, oven-baked pancake.

Debra is a vegetarian cook, food blogger and seasonal guru. Ms. Daniels Zeller taught seasonally-inspired,
healthy vegetarian cooking classes in Seattle for over 16 years and is a long-time contributor to Vegetarian Journal. Debra lives in Edmonds, Washington, with her husband, two food-obsessed basset hounds, and a barn cat adopted from a local farm. Visit Debra’s blog about local foods at
