21 Acres: How to Cook a Steak

Fresh Thinking: Cooking seasonally with sustainable ingredients sourced from local farms. The How to Cook a Steak class is offered as part of the 21 Acres School.

There’s a reason it is the number one thing people choose to go out to eat – a good steak is expensive and you want it cooked perfectly. Chef Barbara will share chef secrets to a perfect steak and talk about local butchers, different
cooking methods for different cuts and give some classic pan sauces so you can make restaurant–quality steaks at home with confidence.

Instructor is Barbara Sowatsky.
