Fresh Thinking: Cooking seasonally with sustainable ingredients sourced from local farms. The Master Wholegrain Breads at Home class is offered as part of the 21 Acres School.
Home bread making is a great art and one of the most satisfying skills to master. If you find bought loaves to sweet or too salty then making your own is a great option. Learn how to mix a range of wholegrain doughs, knead by hand and shape into free form loaves, tin loaves and rolls. All our flours are locally grown and milled.
