The Meatless Monday movement is gaining popularity world-wide with its simple message: eating less meat is good for us and good for the planet. Try these quick and flavor-filled ways to go meat-free one day a week.

Instructor Dina Phelps graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle with a culinary degree in both savories and pastry. She has cooked professionally for 11 years and works as a food consultant, a private chef and a chef instructor. She is passionate food that’s simple, flavorful and accessible.
