Eating raw foods is not just about eating salads. In this ultimate healthy-eating lifestyle, maximize foods’ natural enzymes with easy recipes for using tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and fresh herbs. Learn some of the basics techniques like making your own “cheese” from nuts, a raw tomato sauce with local fresh and dried tomatoes, a vegan pesto and a sorbet of local berries. This is Madeline’s third class with us and her fan club grows with each appearance.
