How to Cook From A Farmer's Market

This class is part of the Sustainable Cooking Series.

21 Acres is pleased to announce its inaugural cooking class in the new Center for Local Food and Sustainable Living will be taught by Darin Leonardson of Edibility. Sustainable Cooking introduces you to cooking with locally sourced, farm fresh, sustainable foods and satisfies your
desire to create distinct meals. Chef Darin's goal is to inspire and educate kitchen cooks with an eye toward sustainable food purchases. Always knowing which culinary delights will entice and captivate his guests, he says, "My ingredients always include a lot of passion- and a little craziness!"

With nearly 20 years of culinary experience at locations such as Google, The Bellevue Club Hotel, Bon Appetit, and Toscano, Darin Leonardson has a gift for creating epicurean harmony.

Offered each month, September through December, the three other classes in the series are: Sustainable Food Pairing 101; Free Range Thanksgiving 101 & all its Fixings and A Local Organic Christmas Dinner.

Fee: $175.00 for the four-class series, $50.00 for individual classes. Registration for individual classes is open on a space available basis.
