Woodinville High School Events Calendar, Feb. 27-March 3

Blood Drive and the start of Spring Sports, plus lots of club meetings and other events at Woodinville High School this week.

 

For the school week of Feb.27- March 3, there are many opportunities for Woodinville High School students to go to some club meetings and sporting events that are happening throughout the week.

Honor Society's annual Toiletry Drive has started and will go until Friday, March 2.  Bring in toiletries to the Career Center for up three hours of community service credit.  Specifics on items and hours are posted throughout the school and on Facebook.  Remember, five school community service hours plus 30 total hours are due on Friday, March 9 for Honor Society!

The first annual Woodinville High School Service Week will be held all this week.  Throughout the week there will be numerous opportunities for students to get involved and serve the school and surrounding community.  All hours earned during WHS Service Week events will count toward Honors Society school-related service hours, which are due by March 9.

Monday, Feb. 27:

  • Spring Sports start today!
  • Auditions for the Talent Show in the Band Room after school.

Tuesday, Feb. 28:

  • AP Test Registration: Mrs. Yamada will be presenting in the Gym during Options about the instructions on how to register and pay for AP Tests.  All AP students will be excused early from their 2nd period class today.
  • Auditions for the Talent Show in the Band Room after school.
  • WHS Christian Bible Study Club is meeting from 1:45 - 3:10 p.m. in room 250. 
  • Earth Club Campus and Street Clean-Up (organized by Earth Club) - after school
  • The Anime Club is meeting after school in room 605.
  • The Video Production Club will be meeting from 1:40 -2:20 p.m. in room 605. No experience needed!

Wednesday, Feb. 29:

  • The Game Club is meeting after school from 1:40 -2:20 p.m. in room 605.
  • Game Night with Brittney Park Residents (organized by ASB) - evening at Brittney Park

Thursday, March 1:

  • Blood Drive for Puget Sound Blood Center (organized by ASB in honor of those who have, and continue to, battle cancer)

Friday, March 2:

  •  Read Across Woodinville (organized by ASB in honor of Dr. Seuss's birthday)

Saturday, March 3:

  • Woodinville High School Talent Show at the Northshore Performing Arts Center (NPAC) at 7:30 p.m.
