Woodinville High School Events Calendar Dec. 12-16

This is the final week to purchase yearbooks for Woodinville High School students.

 

For the school week of Dec.12-16, there are many opportunities for Woodinville High School students to go to some club meetings and sporting events that are happening throughout the week.

This is the final week to purchase yearbooks for Woodinville High School students. Yearbooks will not be sold at any other time for the remainder of the school year. Please be reminded that if, during the course of the year you purchase more than one yearbook - there will be no refunds given. If you purchase two yearbooks, you will be given two books (not one book and a refund for the other). Price is $55 and please make out checks to WHS or have exact cash. You may purchase yearbooks before school, during options and during lunches, and after school till 1:50 p.m. each day.

Monday, Dec. 12:

  • Coach Molitor will be opening the weight room up for general student use from 2-3p.m. This will be a weekly re-occurrence from now on until the end of December.
  • The Boys Basketball C Team has a conference game at 7 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Garfield High School.

Tuesday, Dec. 13:

  • The Anime Club is meeting after school in room 605.
  • A new club at WHS, Falcon Fellowship, is meeting in room 250A, Mr. Schindler’s room, from 1:45-3:10p.m. This student run bible study meets after school every Tuesday and is open to anyone interested in joining!
  • The Video Production Club is meeting in room 605 from 1:45-3:15p.m.
  • The Hiking Club is meeting after school in room 350. The club is open to all students who are interested in hiking and the great outdoors.
  • The Boys Swim and Dive Team has meet at 3 p.m. at Juanita High School against Roosevelt High School.
  • The Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Team has a conference game at 5:45 p.m. at Garfield High School against Garfield High School.
  • The Varsity Boys Basketball Team has a conference game at 7:30 p.m. at Garfield High School against Garfield High School.

Wednesday, Dec. 14:

  • The Earth Club is meeting after school in room 138.
  • The Game Club is meeting after school from 1:40-2:20 p.m. in room 605.
  • FBLA is having a meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the WHS Commons. In this meeting, all members will receive valuable information about our upcoming regional competition in February. By the end of the meeting, everyone will be registered for his or her competitive events. Come with a sign up sheet either filled out or have some events you want to compete in in mind. Officers will be there to help you decide which events to compete in if you can't decide.

  • The Woodinville High School Theatre Company presents its annual Dramafest!  Student-directed one-act plays will be performed at the Northshore Performing Arts Center at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $3 (students/seniors) or $4 (general) each day and for Best of Fest. 

Thursday, Dec. 15:

  • The Cartooning Club is meeting in room 605 from 1:45-2:30p.m
  • Model United Nations (MUN) will meet after school in the Library.
  • Science Club will meet after school from 1:50-2:30 p.m. in room 138.
  • The WHS Music Department is having their Holiday Music Concert at 7 p.m. in the WHS Commons featuring the Concert Choir, Wind Ensemble, Orchestra, Percussion Ensemble, and Jazz Ensemble. Come out for a fun evening of musical entertainment and the concert is free!  The WHS Music Boosters Silent Auction starts at 6 p.m. and has some great items for holiday gifts. 
  • The Boys Swim and Dive Team has meet at 3 p.m. at the Redmond Pool against Skyline High School.
  • The Varsity Wrestling Team has match at 6 p.m. against Eastlake at Eastlake High School and another match at 7:30 p.m. at Eastlake High School against Bothell High School.
  • The Gymnastics Varsity and Junior Varsity Team has meet at 7 p.m. at Newport High School against Inglemoor and Newport High School.

  • The Boys Basketball C Team has game at 3:45 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Ballard High School.
  • The Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Team has game at 5 p.m. at Ballard High School against Ballard High School.
  • The Varsity Wrestling Team has match at 5 p.m. at Burlington Edison High School against Burlington Edison High School.
  • The Varsity Girls Basketball Team has game at 6:30 p.m. at Ballard High School against Ballard High School.
  • The Gymnastics Varsity and Junior Varsity Team has meet at 7 p.m. at Inglemoor High School against Inglemoor, Eastlake, and Garfield High School.
  • The Varsity Boys Basketball Team has game at 8 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Inglemoor High School.
