Woodinville High School Events Calendar Dec. 5-9

For the school week of Dec.5-9, there are many opportunities for Woodinville High School students to go to some club meetings and sporting events that are happening throughout the week.

The  Student-directed one-act plays will be performed at the Northshore Performing Arts Center on Wednesday, Dec. 14-16 at 2:30p.m. Judges will select three of the plays to be performed again for the Best of Fest event at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 16. This exciting evening includes awards, a raffle, and the announcement of the spring musical! Tickets are $3 (students/seniors) or $4 (general) each day and for Best of Fest. For those who wish to attend all three afternoons and Friday evening, a Fest Pass may be purchased for $12 (students/seniors) or $15 (general).

Monday, Dec. 5:

• Coach Molitor will be opening the weight room up for general student use from 2p.m.-3p.m. This will be a weekly re-occurrence from now on until the end of December.
• The Boys Basketball C Team has a conference game at 7 p.m. at Issaquah High School against Issaquah High School.

Tuesday, Dec. 6:

• The Anime Club is meeting after school in room 605.
• A new club at WHS, Falcon Fellowship, is meeting in room 250A, Mr. Schindler’s room, from 1:45-3:10p.m. This student run bible study meets after school every Tuesday and is open to anyone interested in joining!
• The Video Production Club is meeting in room 605 from 1:45-3:15p.m.
• The Hiking Club is meeting after school in room 350. The club is open to all students who are interested in hiking and the great outdoors.
• The Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Team has a conference game at 5:45 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Issaquah High School.
• The Varsity Boys Basketball Team has a conference game at 7:30 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Issaquah High School.
• The Boys Swim and Dive Team has meet at 7:30 p.m. at Juanita High School against Redmond High School.

Wednesday, Dec. 7:

• The Earth Club is meeting after school in room 138.
• The Game Club is meeting after school from 1:40-2:20 p.m. in room 605.

• The Junior Varsity Girls Basketball Team has a conference game at 5:45 p.m. at Issaquah High School against Issaquah High School.
• The Varsity Wrestling Team has match at 6 p.m. at Ballard High School against Roosevelt High School and another match at 7:30 p.m. at Roosevelt High School against Garfield High School
• The Varsity Girls Basketball Team has a conference game at 7:30 p.m. at Issaquah High School against Issaquah High School.

Thursday, Dec. 8:

• The Cartooning Club is meeting in room 605 from 1:45-2:30p.m. 
• Model United Nations (MUN) will meet after school in the Library.
• Science Club will meet after school from 1:50-2:30 p.m. in room 138.

• The WHS Music Department is having their Holiday Music Concert at 7 p.m. in the WHS Commons featuring the Concert Choir, Wind Ensemble, Orchestra, Percussion Ensemble, and Jazz Ensemble.  Come out for a fun evening of musical entertainment and the concert is free!  The WHS Music Boosters Silent Auction starts at 6 PM and has some great items for holiday gifts. 

• The Boys Swim and Dive Team has meet at 3 p.m. at the Redmond Pool against Skyline High School.
• The Varsity Wrestling Team has match at 6 p.m. against Eastlake at Eastlake High School and another match at 7:30 p.m. at Eastlake High School against Bothell High School.
• The Gymnastics Varsity and Junior Varsity Team has meet at 7 p.m. at Newport High School against Inglemoor and Newport High School.

Friday, Dec. 9:

• The Junior Varsity Girls Basketball Team has game at 3:30 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Inglemoor High School.
• The Boys Basketball C Team has game at 3:45 p.m. at Inglemoor High School against Inglemoor High School.
• The Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Team has game at 5 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Eastlake High School.
• The Varsity Girls Basketball Team has game at 6:30 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Inglemoor High School.
• The Varsity Boys Basketball Team has game at 8 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Inglemoor High School.
