Woodinville High School Events, Oct. 3-7

For the school week of October 3-7, there are many opportunities for Woodinville High School students to go to club and sporting events happening throughout the week.

Throughout the week, the Sophomore Class Senators are pre-selling Falcon headbands during both lunches. The headbands are embroidered with a "W" and "Falcons" and they cost $5 each. They are great for sport and spirit wear so be sure to get yours soon!

Also, on Friday, Oct. 7 the Varsity Boys Football Team will be playing Bothell High School at Pop Keeney at 7 p.m. This game is not only a fierce rivalry game, but also a “Pink-out” game. All Bothell and Woodinville fans are asked to wear pink to the game for breast cancer awareness so be sure to look through your closet early and pick out some pink!

Monday, Oct. 3:

• The Junior Varsity Boys Football Team has a game at 3:30 p.m. at Roosevelt High School against Roosevelt High School.
• The Junior Varsity Boys Golf Team has a match at 3:30 p.m. at the Mount Si High School against Mount Si High School.

Tuesday, Oct. 4:

• The Anime Club is meeting after school in room 605.
• The Varsity Boys Golf Team has a match at 3:30 p.m. at the Echo Falls Golf Club against Newport High School.
• The Junior Varsity Boys Tennis Team has a match at 3:45 p.m. at Laurelhurst Tennis Courts against Roosevelt High School.
• The Varsity Boys Tennis Team has a match at 3:45 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Roosevelt High School.
• The C Girls Volleyball Team has a match at 5:30 p.m. at Issaquah High School against Issaquah High School.
• The Junior Varsity Girls Volleyball Team has a match at 5:30 p.m. at Issaquah High School against Issaquah High School.
• The Varsity Girls Volleyball Team has a match at 7 p.m. at Issaquah High School against Issaquah High School.

Wednesday, Oct. 5:

• The Earth Club is meeting after school in room 138. Earth Club is a great way to earn school-related community service hours and also help out around the new school!
• The Game Club is meeting after school from 1:40 p.m.-2:20 p.m. in room 605.
• The Video Production Club will be meeting from 1:40 p.m.-2:20 p.m. in room 605. No experience needed!
• The Poetry Club will be meeting in room 350 from 1:50 p.m.-2:30 p.m. Poetry Club is a great club to join if you love to write poetry and would like a supportive workshop setting to help you grow as a writer. New comers are always welcome.
• The Varsity Boys Golf Team has a match at 3:30 p.m. at the Jefferson Park Golf Club against Garfield High School.
• The Junior Varsity Boys Tennis Team has a match at 3:45 p.m. at the Lake Washington High School against Lake Washington High School.
• The Varsity Boys Tennis Team has a match at 3:45 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Lake Washington High School.
• The Cross Country Team has a meet at 4 p.m. at Redmond against Redmond High School and Skyline High School.
• The C Boys Football Team has a game at 6 p.m. at Newport High School against Newport High School.

Thursday, Oct. 6:

• Model United Nations (MUN) will meet after school in the Library.
• Science Club will meet after school from 1:50 p.m.-2:30 p.m. in room 138.
• The Junior Varsity Boys Tennis Team has a match at 3:45 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Skyline High School.
• The Varsity Boys Tennis Team has a match at 3:45 p.m. at Skyline High School against Skyline High School.
• The C Girls Volleyball Team has a match at 4 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Newport High School.
• The Junior Varsity Girls Soccer Team has a game at 5:30 p.m. at Issaquah High School against Issaquah High School.
• The Junior Varsity Girls Volleyball Team has a match at 5:30 p.m. at Woodinville High School against Newport High School.

Friday, October 7:

•  The Varsity Boys Football Team has a game at 7 p.m. at Pop Keeney Field against Bothell High School.
