Woodinville High School Holiday Food Drive is Underway

WHS collects food now through Dec. 16 for Hopelink. Don't have a student at the high school? You can drop your donations off at the main office.

Woodinville High School’s 3rd Annual Holiday Food drive is underway benefiting Hopelink’s  Kirkland/Northshore food bank.

Last year students and staff collocated and donated more than 4,000 pounds of food for the nonprofit social services organization. The food drive will continue until Dec. 16. Boxes will be placed throughout the school, including the Main Office, Career Center and Library, for donations of non-perishable, nutritious food items.

Although the drive is hosted by WHS students and staff, participation by members of the Woodinville community is warmly welcomed and appreciated, according to school officials. Community members who wish to support the drive may drop off their donations to the box located just outside the doors to the Woodinville High School Main Office.
