Woodinville Student Garners Merit Scholarship

Michaella Rosner, a senior at Inglemoor High School, was the only Woodinville student to win the $2.500 award.

The National Merit Scholarship Foundation named 15 Northshore School District seniors as National Merit finalists earlier this year, but only one Woodinville senior, Michaella Rosner, garnered one of the prestigious scholarships.

Rosner, who scored 2310 out of a possible 2400 on her SAT and 35 out of a possible 36 on her ACT, credits her teachers at Ingelmoor as helping her achieve her academic goals.

“There are such amazing people there,” Mihcaella said. “The teachers in the IB program are especially passionate about helping students.”
