Weather to Heat up Late in the Week

Expect temperatures in the 90s on Thursday and Friday.

The National Weather Service is forecasting temperatures in the low 90s for Thursday and Friday in Woodinville and surrounding areas, and has issued a special weather warning for Western Washington.

According to the National Weather Service, Thursday and Friday could see temperatures in the low 90s, with overnight lows in the 60s.Β 

Temps should dip back down into the 80s and then 70s as we move through the weekend and into next week, says the weather service's forecast.

The National Weather Service recommends that people limit the amount of time they spend in the sun and drink plenty of fluids during extreme temperatures, and reminds anyone who plans to spend time in or near rivers and lakes to wear a life jacket and practice water safety.
