Balance Yoga Studio

Balance Yoga Studio is a yoga facility that offers diverse and traditional yoga programs for people of all ages. These include yoga, ayurveda, paranayama and meditation activities and classes. All classes are based in Hatha yoga. The instructors here are all RYT certified and trained. Props like blocks, bolsters and straps are offered to clients as needed to make the classes accessible to all who would like to participate. Special needs classes are available for athletes, teens, children, clients in rehab, beginners, elderly clients, pregnant clients and clients recovering from cancer.
