Jennifer Armstrong, Neighbor

Parenting columnist Jennifer Armstrong is a mother of two young girls who recently landed in Kirkland after a 15-year tour from her New Jersey upbringing through Virginia, London, Washington, D.C., Milwaukee and Chicago. Now, as she explores a new home base as a mother, she’s eager to discover all that Kirkland has to offer.

Jen graduated with a BS in psychology and communications from James Madison University in Virginia and spent more than a decade working in non-profit management and public relations. For four years, she has been principal of Robbins Armstrong Communications (www.racommunications.com), specializing in writing, editing, planning and events. She, her girls, husband and dog live in the Juanita neighborhood.
