Nourishing the Mind, Body and Heart Through Whole Food  

Are you interested in learning more about the relationship between the food on your plate and your health? In this interactive three- class series, you will learn practical and delicious ways to gain a deep understanding about the benefits of eating whole, unprocessed food. At the end of each class, enjoy a light meal featuring local and pesticide-free ingredients. Interested in learning more about what constitutes a ‘super food’? Join us as we learn about common ingredients with healing powers.

Menu: Mighty Miso Mushroom Soup, Massaged Kale Salad, Honey Ginger Tea
Instructor:  Ellie Freeman holds a Masters degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University. She firmly believes that whole food is an elixir of health and uses it to stabilize energy, improve digestion and optimize weight.

Registration and Enrollment
Standard fee is $49, discounted rate for 21 Acres members is $39. Standard early bird rate for people who buy tickets before February 12th is $39.
