Join us for our new Farm to Table cooking series! From Italian classics to misunderstood vegetables, each class will bring a new and exciting twist to eating seasonally.

Simply Seasonal – Exploring the Bounty of the Pacific NorthwestTuesdays, 6 — 8:30 pm; Register for One, More than One, or all of them!

Come learn how to create a scrumptious meal featuring locally harvested ingredients in the middle of winter. Each class will focus on simple recipes that you can easily replicate
at home. From authentic Italian dishes to comfort favorites, you may be surprised at just how creative you can get with making the most of seasonal ingredients.
