21 Acres Cook Book Lovers Series: Becky Selengut's Good Fish

We are fortunate in the Pacific Northwest to be home to some great and sustainable seafood. If you wish you knew more about which fish to choose and how to cook them successfully at home then this is the perfect class to give you the confidence to add seafood to your repertoire. Goodbye to overcooking – the beginners’ biggest mistake. Learn how to clean and take apart a Dungeness crab,
how to clean and prepare mussels, how to grill a fillet of salmon to perfection and how to sear a tuna steak so that it is rare (but not cold) in the middle. Recipes are simple and flavorful and include author Becky Selengut’s legendary Soy Caramel Dipping Sauce. This is Becky’s second class with us at 21 Acres and she is a highly entertaining and thoroughly knowledgeable teacher. Becky will have copies of her Good Fish cookbooks available.
