21 Acres Cook Book Lovers Series: Becky Selengut's Good Fish

We are fortunate in the Pacific Northwest to be home to some great and sustainable seafood. Becky Selengut is a Seattle Culinary Academy graduate, writer, forager and sustainable seafood advocate. Ms. Selengut is a private chef, cooking teacher and food humorist who spent three years at the internationally acclaimed Herbfarm in Woodinville. She teaches at Bastyr University, writes for Edible Seattle and runs the colorful
blog ChefReinvented. Good Fish is her second book and was named one of the best cookbooks of 2011 by Seattle Weekly ad the second edition carries the Monterey
Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch seal of approval on the cover.
