21 Acres: Indian Tandoori Dinner

Fresh Thinking: Cooking seasonally with sustainable ingredients sourced from local farms. The Indian Tandoori class is offered as part of the 21 Acres School.

Master the knack of Northern Indian Punjabi-style foods without a traditional tandoor. Chicken marinated in yogurt and tandoori spices is finger-licking good on the grill – or baked in the oven- especially if wrapped in a puffy naan
bread. Come learn how to make your own spice blends to create a wonderful fresh-air supper inspired by our Northwest harvest and scented with spices from India. Our menu will include tandoori chicken, flavored naan bread, fresh herb chutney, garbanzo bean curry with tomatoes and a spiced spinach side dish.
